How does "direct hire" work?
Direct hire means you apply straight to the employer with no recruitment agency as a middleman. This means faster hiring decisions and no placement fees deducted from your salary.
How do I apply for a job?
Create a free account, complete your profile and CV, then click "Apply Now" on any job listing. Some jobs redirect to the employer's own website.
How do I get noticed by employers?
Complete your profile 100%: upload a photo, add your skills, work experience, education, and get your ID verified. Verified profiles appear more prominently in search results.
Can I apply to multiple jobs at the same time?
Yes, there's no limit on how many jobs you can apply to. Track all your applications in your dashboard.
What is identity verification?
Uploading a valid government ID (passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, or PhilHealth ID) lets us verify your identity. Verified profiles get a checkmark badge that employers trust.
How do I get email alerts for new jobs?
Save a job search and toggle "Email Alerts" on. We'll send you a daily digest of new jobs matching your search.

How do I post a job?
Sign up as an employer, choose a subscription plan, and click "Post a Job." Free plans include a limited number of posts — paid plans unlock more.
What are the subscription plans?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via PayMongo — the leading Philippine payment gateway.
What is the Verified Partner badge?
Employers who upload and have approved business documents (BIR, SEC/DTI, Mayor's Permit) receive a Verified Partner badge on their profile and job listings, increasing applicant trust.
Can I feature my job listing?
Yes, featured jobs appear at the top of search results and on the homepage. Featured slots are included in Pro and Enterprise plans.
How do I view candidate profiles and resumes?
Search the talent pool via Find Talent. Resume access is included in paid plans based on your plan's monthly view limit.
