Job Description
1. Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories
2. Configuring IT equipment and peripherals (e.g., monitors, keyboards, mouse, speakers)
3.Installing required software and applications
4. Performing preventive maintenance on IT equipment and peripherals
5. Attending to employees' technical concerns and providing appropriate solutions in coordination with other IT staff
6. Contributing in analyzing encountered problems with IT equipment and peripherals and recommending appropriate solutions
7. Documenting and logging tickets related to incidents and issues
8. Contributing and assisting in implementation of IT-related projects
