Welcome to DirectHirePH ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website at directhire.com.ph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting a job, or applying to any listing on DirectHirePH, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Platform Purpose

DirectHirePH is a direct-hire job marketplace connecting Filipino job seekers with local and international employers. We do not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. We are a technology platform only — the employment relationship is solely between the employer and the job seeker.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at jobs@directhire.com.ph if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Employer Responsibilities

• Job listings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities.
• Employers must not charge placement fees to job seekers — this is illegal under Philippine law (RA 10022).
• All company information submitted for verification must be truthful and accurate.
• Employers must not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.

5. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• Your profile and resume must accurately represent your qualifications and experience.
• You must not create multiple accounts or use the platform for purposes other than genuine job seeking.
• Do not share personal financial information (bank accounts, credit cards) with employers through our platform.

6. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on DirectHirePH:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or scam job listings
• MLM (multi-level marketing) or pyramid scheme recruitment
• Any content that violates Philippine law or international standards
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging
• Harvesting user data for purposes outside of legitimate hiring

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DirectHirePH — including but not limited to design, logo, text, and code — is the property of DirectHirePH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DirectHirePH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or job seekers, or the outcome of any employment application. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, DirectHirePH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or fraudulent acts by third parties.

10. Scam & Fraud Reporting

If you encounter a suspicious job posting or employer, please report it immediately using the "Report" button on the listing or by emailing jobs@directhire.com.ph. We take fraud seriously and will investigate all reports.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DirectHirePH after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
